About Out Loud Developmental Services:

What started off as one Speech Pathologist working alone has now grown to a wonderful team of therapists, allied health assistants and customer support all coming together to provide private & NDIS funded therapy services in the South West of WA.​


Out Loud provides speech pathology and occupational therapy services to children aged 0-16 years. We are looking for our next superstar team member to join us on the journey as we support children and their families to learn, develop, participate and thrive.

Our custom-built clinic features dedicated therapy spaces, multi-purpose rooms, a gym and dedicated team spaces.

Our next Out Loud team member would be:

  • enthusiastic about working with clients with disabilities, and their families

  • passionate about using the principles of family centred practice to provide therapy services

  • able to embrace the Out Loud culture and values

  • great at working within a team

  • an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

 

Our next Out Loud team member would have:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy

  • membership to Speech Pathology Australia or Occupational Therapy Australia (current or eligible to be obtained on employment)

  • current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check.

 

The fine print:

  • New graduates are welcome to apply for vacancies and if successful will be fully supported by our New Graduate Program

  • Experience in assessment and intervention for children aged 0-16 will be looked at favourably but is not essential.
