Meet our Customer Support Team
Kylie Tweeddale
Kylie is Out Loud's Operation Manager. While she may be spotted manning reception at our new building, she is generally hidden away working with the therapy team to process NDIS invoices, managing accounts, and generally organising us all. When not at Out Loud, Kylie spends her time researching far-away places for family holidays.
Tarlia Bartsch
Tarlia is Out Loud's Practice Manager. She is the magic force behind keeping our administration processes running smoothly. When not at Out Loud, Tarlia enjoys exploring all the cool & exciting places in the South West and spending time with her family & 2 cats.
Vivien Burns
Vivien is Out Loud's off-site Office Manager. She originally joined our team as a Therapy Assistant working with children but now helps families with bookings, mans the phone lines and makes sure we have everything we need to support families. In her spare time, Viv can be found at yoga or experimenting in the kitchen with her special interest in nutrition and cooking.
