Meet our Speech Pathology Team
Laura has been working as a Speech Pathologist since 2000 and has been lucky enough to work across Regional Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Victoria and the United Kingdom. She is passionate about providing family-centred services across regional areas and working closely with all members of the community to ensure communication goals are incorporated into everyday activities. On moving back to her home state of WA, Laura founded Out Loud in 2013 with the aim of establishing a local service that meets individual family needs. Laura has two little girls and an amazing stay-at-home husband, and outside of work enjoys running, camping and spending time with her husband and two girls.
Bree graduated with first class honours in 2014 and started as a Speech Pathologist with Out Loud soon after. She is passionate about making a difference to children's ability to communicate, in particular, those with complex needs. She also enjoys working with children with speech sound difficulties and language delays. At home she enjoys taking her dog Snickers to the beach, spending time with her family and trying new places to eat with her partner Scott.
Jess is a Speech Pathologist at Out Loud Developmental Services, who graduated from La Trobe University in Victoria in 2006. She has lived in Western Australia for over 15 years. Jess has had experience in Speech Pathology across the lifespan. She enjoys helping clients communicate to get their needs met and embrace life. Outside of work, she enjoyed many things including being outdoors, reading and catching up with friends. She hopes we protect the natural landscapes as we can on Noongar Boodja.
Kelly graduated as a Speech Pathologist in 2005 from Curtin University. Before working for Out Loud, she spent many years working for WA Country Health Service with a passion for early intervention. As well as her clinical experience, she has enjoyed projects focusing on health promotion and clinical systems.
