Therapy Assistant Team

Clare Woolsey
Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, with a further qualification in working with children with additional needs. She has many years’ experience in the field, particularly in the South West area. She is passionate about helping all children to thrive in their schooling experience and particularly loves working with those in the early years. Outside of work Clare lives with her husband and three sons in Gelorup where she loves reading, exploring the South West, and has recently begun to discover the world of gardening and growing food.

Lauren Heap
Lauren is a Therapy Assistant at Out Loud. Lauren is currently in her 3rd year of studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She also works as a disability support worker and is passionate about supporting people of all ages to participate in their meaningful activities. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing netball and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle Glover
Michelle is a Therapy Assistant at Out Loud. Michelle has previously worked in an educational setting, gaining her Certificate III and IV in Educational Support and Working with Children with Special Needs. Michelle is passionate about supporting the needs of all children. Outside of Out Loud, Michelle enjoys all things creative. She loves to do acrylic paintings and is a face and body artist. Michelle loves a variety of music and in her spare time enjoys singing and playing guitar.
